Job Description
| Role | Manage and operate yachts, oversee day-to-day yacht management, and support irregular passenger transport service |

| Location | Yokohama Bayside Marina, Japan; Hiroshima from December 2025. |
| Hours | 9:30 – 18:00 (including a break) |
| Salary | Starting from JPY 300,000-350,000 per month (inclusive of taxes). Negotiable based on certifications and experience. |
| Benefits | Commuting expenses, social insurance, seamen’s insurance |
| Days Off | Two days off per week with a flexible working schedule, including weekend shifts as needed |
| Application Process | The process includes document screening followed by interviews for shortlisted candidates. Interviews will be conducted online or at Yokohama Bayside Marina. |
