  • Your charter includes a professional captain and crew who will take care of navigation and service.
  • Cruising is available within Yokohama and Tokyo Bay.
  • Reservations are accepted from one month before your preferred departure date.
  • Up to 12 guests can be accommodated (excluding captain and crew).
  • Each charter is available on a full-day basis, approximately 8 hours.

【Reservations】

Q: How far in advance can I make a reservation?

A: Reservations must be made at least one month in advance.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: Please contact us first.
We will ask for your preferred date, boarding location, number of guests, meal options, and other requests.
Based on your input, we will propose a cruise plan and provide a quotation.

Q: Where and how will meetings be held?

A: Arrangements are usually handled via email.
If you prefer, we can also meet at our office located in Yokohama Bayside Marina.

Q: Can I inspect the yacht or take a trial ride?

A: Yacht viewings are available upon request.
Please make a reservation in advance if you wish to inspect a specific yacht. Trial rides are not available.

Q: Can I book under a company name?

A: Yes, reservations can be made under either a company or individual name. However, the name of a representative must be registered for the charter.

【Payment】

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: The basic charter fee must be paid in full by bank transfer prior to boarding.
All additional expenses will be settled after disembarkation.

【Charter Service】

Q: What cruising routes are available?

A: The main cruising areas are Tokyo Bay, Yokohama, and Chiba.

Q: Are there ports or sightseeing spots we can stop by during the cruise?

A: Depending on your preference and weather conditions, we can anchor at locations such as Minato Mirai or Kanazawa Hakkei Bay.

Q: Will the captain and crew accompany us?

A: Yes, a captain and 3 to 5 crew members will be onboard to operate the yacht and assist guests, ensuring a comfortable experience.

Q: Are meals provided?

A: Meals are available upon request based on your preferences. Special requests or dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Q: Can children board the yacht?

A: Infants under 1 year old are not permitted onboard.

Q: Is there a dress code on board?

A: We recommend wearing non-slip shoes such as flat or deck shoes.
High heels are not allowed as they may damage the deck.

Q: Can you arrange special events (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, proposals)?

A: Yes, we can assist with arrangements such as special cakes, decorations, and music.
Please let us know in advance.

Q: Can I bring pets onboard?

A: For safety reasons, pets are not allowed on board.

【Weather & Cancellation Policy】

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation fees are as follows (calculated from the day before the charter date)

  • 10 days before: 20% of the charter fee
  • 7 days before: 30% of the charter fee
  • The day before: 80% of the charter fee
  • Same-day cancellation: 100% of the charter fee
  • No show / after boarding time: 100% of the charter fee
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: If the captain determines that safe operation is not possible due to severe weather, the charter will be canceled.
In that case, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. Light rain or mild weather changes will not affect the cruise.

Q: Is insurance required?

A: Insurance is not mandatory, but we recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind.
Our yacht is also covered by passenger insurance.
